We are pro-active on our approach to environmentally friendly materials and green systems.
Safety
As a company we are fully aware our CDM responsibilities and take all measures possible to alert the client, public, tradesmen and subcontractors to possible hazards and risks and, work to eliminate the potential of harm or injury.
We employ NHBC Health and Safety Services as an additional external consultant on all of our CDM applicable projects.
Supply Chain
During our time within the industry we have amassed a huge database of Labour, Suppliers and Subcontractors which enable us to provide a versatile and effective service to all of our clients. These resources form part of our approved trades list and we only use suppliers and subcontractors we have had experience with in the past or have been recommended by frequently used tradesmen.
This approved trades list together with our conscientious and thorough approach ensure a professional service with a quality end product.
Experience
During our time in the industry we have encountered and become familiar with a wide variety of standards and legislation governing the construction process including Building Regulations, English Heritage/Listed Building Regulations, NHBC Warranties and Construction Line. This has lead us into employment by such organizations as the Home Office, Cabinet Office, Employment Services, BUPA, Royal Bank of Scotland, Forensic Science Services, Land Registry Offices along with numerous other blue chip clients.
